As the blossoms bloomed with the arrival of Spring, our Garden Bar was transformed
into the perfect spot for sipping delicious Spring cocktails with St Germain.
Surrounding our Garden Bar, delicate florals in soft hues of yellow and white
peak through bursts of elderflower and eucalyptus.
To celebrate the launch of our new collaboration with St Germain, we invited 6 influencers for a fabulous
overnight stay, and to experience our beautiful St Germain Garden!
Arriving at 3pm to check in, our guests headed to their rooms to relax with a St Germain
Spritz! Greeting them inside was bespoke gifts from some amazing brands such as TBCo, Roze Avenue,
Coco Chocolatier and Neom Organics plus a curated selection of wellness crystals and cleansers.
Next up our guests were treated to a luxurious blow dry from local Edinburgh hairdresser, Medusa Hairdressing.
At 6pm it was down to our Garden for a delicious 3 course dinner accompanied by St Germain drinks before retiring to
their room to enjoy some wellness time.
There is a wild, natural sweetness of fresh, handpicked elderflowers, and our new St Germain cocktails
embody that wholly.
Our hero cocktail, the Femme Fatale, compliments St Germain with Bombay Sapphire Gin, raspberry, almond and pressed
lemon, served with a pistachio and raspberry Macaron from Mademoiselle Macaron.
