Rabble’s drinks list is an homage to light, fresh and carefree cocktail culture. We put a big focus on our G&Ts, Aperitivos and Spritzes but also offer a stunning selection of comforting classics and familiar favourites.

Where we can, we will use local, Scottish products; aiming to give a special mention to new, independent businesses.

Our bar team at Rabble is one of the most experienced and innovative in the city, constantly keeping our finger on the pulse of global mixology trends. From the craft beer movement to the gin boom, we’ve led the scene in Edinburgh and will continue to do so.
