Renowned for our oysters, they are always fresh and locally sourced from Scottish waters. Served baked with spinach, shallot and a Pernod and smoked cheddar sauce or ‘au natural’ with aged sherry vinegar and shallot dressing or black pepper, cider and honey (depending on how brave you’re feeling!) Not matter if you are a seasoned fan of the dish or a beginner, testing the waters, our oysters are available by the six, three or individually as a taster to suit any experience level.
